330 ml bottle. Poured an unfiltered rich golden amber colored ale with a good two fingers slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is mild sweety malts, mild grassy hops, notes of honey. The flavour is sweet toasted malts, bready, biscuits, notes of spice, pepper, at the end of the sip emerge a strong hoppy bitterness. A well-done balance. The mouthfeel is prickling and very smooth. This medium bodied ale has a long bitter finish. A rare ale ( a few hl each year ) but richly tasting and refreshing. A very interesting ale from the middle of France.
