I tried this in the Golden Lion on board the QM@ on my way to England. Poured a pale yellow with a thin white head. The mouthfeel was dry and refreshinhing. The aroma was of apples with tangy sour overtones. These drink very easily and have a good whee factor that surprises you.

500 ml bottle, as Aspall Dry Premier Cru Suffolk Cyder. ABV is 7%. Crystal clear and extremely pale yellow colour, pours very fizzy with a big but short-lived head. Moderate carbonation in the glass. Moderate aroma of apples and vegetables, hints of sulphur. The flavour is crisp and dry, hints of oak and sulphur. Okay.

Bottle. Pale gold colour. Sour apple aroma. Taste is more interesting than I was expecting; mostly sweet, some sour, nice apple flavour. Not overly carbonated; refreshing and drinkable with well hid alcohol, pretty good.
