Pours a clear, slightly reddish amber with a nice buff head that leaves some good lacing. Malty aroma is not much. Flavor, fortunately, is much better, malty with hints of caramel and woody hops. Texture is not firm but lively. Not great, but give it a bark.

A dark amber color with a white head. Aroma contains some caramel and dark fruit. Flavor is rather malty with some caramel, cherries, toffee. Aftertaste is a bit sweet. Overall a nice one.

This ESB pours a medium copper color from the tap at the brewpub. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is bready and malty, touch of hops. A medium bodied ESB. The malts are caramel and sweet. The hops are earthy and floral, but kind of subdued. Could use a little more bitterness. Nice carbonation. Good balance. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
