Pours a nice clear golden with a decent white head. Aroma is crisp and malty with a fruity undertone. Crisp flavor is mainly malty, has some fruity hint and a hoppy bitter underpinning. Texture is lively if not firm. Rocket to this brewpub if you’d like one.

A golden color with a white head. Some corn and grassy notes in da nose. Flavor is somewhat malty and very sessionable. Lemons are present. Overall for a light beer not bad.

Knoxville Brewers' Jam 2008. Pours gold with a light head and some lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of sweet malts and slight hops. Taste is smooth with a malty backbone and a decent hops finish.

This blond ale pours a light gold color from the tap at the brewpub. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied blonde ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, with a touch of bread. Mild slightly spicy hops. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
