Jarrett Payton’s All-American Wheat Ale is an American wheat beer that is straw in color, moderately bitter with full aroma and the flavor of wheat. The hop varieties used give a subtle, fruity character that compliment the wheat. Unlike German style Weizen biers, there are no strong aromas or flavors from the yeast culture, allowing the wheat character to come through, creating a uniquely refreshing All-American wheat beer.

I got a 6-pack of this on clearance for a decent price. Had to pour very slowly...as it is highly carbonated and very bubbly with a fizzy feel. Has a light gold appearance with a quickly fading huge white head. Grainy and grassy flavors like a pilsner. A standard forgettable wheat.

Medium gold well carbonated ale with a thin white head.aroma is very mild with notes of malt and hops. Little thicker than average mouthfeel for a yellow ale. Mild hops zing but not over whelming taste because malt taste is solid.
