330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered opaque rich golden-amber coloured Blonde with a good two fingers creamy and slightly beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts and a nice herbal hoppy bitterness. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, a touch of spices, pepper and a solid herbal hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is crispy and clean. This light to medium bodied Ale has a dry hoppy bitter finish. A pleasant Blonde from the French side of the Ardennen old mountains.
