330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and gushing opaque burgundy-brown coloured Ambrée with a one finger beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is moderate toasted malts, toffee, caramel, brown sugar, notes of spices, cinnamom. The flavour is light caramel malts and fruity, green apples. The mouthfeel is sparkling and round. This medium bodied Ale has a dry slight alcoholic and sweety finish. A decent Ale, but I can hard unterstand, in this form, how could won this Ambrée so many awards.
