This Czechoslovakian style Pilsner is golden in color and hopped with a bunch of genuine Czechoslovakian Saaz hops. These hops provide a special floral aroma and a delightfully hoppy finish. Peregrine Falcons were recently reintroduced to the Harrisburg area as well as other large cities in Pennsylvania. This Falcon is one of the fastest birds, reaching speeds in excess of 200 miles per hour. Its unique ability to rid urban areas of its nemesis, the pigeon, has cities throughout the region clamoring for the Peregrine as a permanent resident.

Another typically weak example of this brewery's style. It has some saaz hops flavor to it but not much. One not to get if you're there.

Tasted a sample (3 of 8) with lunch at the Appalachian Brewing Company, Harrisburg, PA. Pale yellow color and faint hop aroma. Taste lacks the depth and complexity expected of a pilsener. Thin mouthfeel, but the finish is long and satisfying. One of the better brews I tried at ABC.

Creamy white head with a golden color. I couldn't detect much of an aroma at all. Slight hoppy/sweet taste. Haven't had a pilsener in a while, but this is just OK.
