Taps translucent peach with a fair eggshell head. Aroma presents raw malt, stone fruit and subtle hoppy and yeasty notes. Flavor gives stone fruit, raw dusty malt, woody hops and subtle yeast. Texture provides decent body and peppy fizz. Good as gold!

Pours bright gold with good clarity and creamy, lasting head. Yeast, spicing and sweet grains blend in the aroma, pleasant but understated. Flavor is malt heavy, just a little dry-bitter to lend a clean finish. Some spice character. Medium bodied, smooth and drinkable. New brewery shows promise with this first offering. I also sampled a barrel-aged version at a recent event and it was quite nice. I would add one point to aroma, flavor and maybe mouthfeel if reviewing it as an official offering from Anthem.

On tap at Urban Star BBQ. Hazy gold with a thin foam cap. Smells of sweet grain. Thick mouthfeel. Taste is sweet. Grain and no hops. WTF? Almost cloying. I can barely finish it. Finish is .... guess what... too sweet. AN OK try by an OK brewery...Stop trying so hard and you'll get it
