A collaborative brew with Peter Tassone (owner of Utopia Café and Grill) and the Amsterdam Brewery. A classic Wit using premium applewood floor malted pilsner malt from Germany, Tellicherry peppercorns and coriander all smoked on site at the café. Light gold in colour with a medium haze. Soft spice of pepper on the palate and a delicate carbonation make way to a fruity and subtle smokiness on the finish of this truly unique brew.
