Poured the usual, although the head and lacing were pretty stellar. The aroma was of coffee and chocolate, nothing that impressive. The flavor followed suit with a touch of a hop or roasted malt bitterness to support this thing. It prevailed as not being a cloyingly sweet impy stout, but the problem was it didn't seem like anything more than a basic stout. Impy stout? Hard to believe.

Black body topped with a brown medium thick head with good lace. Sweet smokey coffee amlt aroma with alcohol notes. Sweet smokey coffee malt flavor with a coffeelike finish. Smooth and full bodied.
