    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

355 ml capped bottle. Poured in a stemmed glass a gushing, unfiltered and hazy amber-orange coloured Belgian Ale with a two fingers light beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is yeast, herbs, fruity, juicy oranges, honey, spicy coriander and herbal bitter hops. The flavour is yeast, fruity, oranges, bananas, pears, apples, caramel malts, spicy, orange peels and citrussy hops. The mouthfeel is light crispy, sparkling and hoppy bitter. The texture is watery. This medium bodied Belgian ale has a dry bitter finish. A Belgian Ale with character, clearly on the bitter way. A pleasant discover
