Pours rich coffee with a thick and fairly persistent tan head. Aroma yields roast quality coffee, roast malt, bourbon, and subtle green wood notes. Flavor follows through with quality coffee, roast malt, bourbon, woody, subtle smoky and molasses tones and a hint of hoppy bitterness. Texture features firm, smooth body and lively fizz. A great brew in-steed.
