We brewed this special beer using a wheat ale base and started with a lactic fermentation to give it a nice tart taste. We then fermented with our renowned ale yeast and added bushels of raspberries to produce this scrumptious Work of Tart. A Rosey Pink hue and aromas of a fresh raspberry patch give way to a tart raspberry flavour and muted malts Lactobacillus, an active ingredient in many fermented foods, was added to this brew to give it a sharp, slightly sour profile.
