Sampled at the brewpub on 2/27/2012. This wheat beer pours a medium to light orange color from the tap. Medium to small sized white foamy head. The aroma is yeasty, banana and clove, fruity and sweet with some rye spiciness. A medium bodied wheat ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are banana and clove, a touch sweet. The hops are herbal and spicy. Mild carbonation. A blend of German and American Wheat beers with some rye added. Interesting, this beer kind of grows on you. I did not like it all after the first sip, but its getting better. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet with some rye spiciness at the finish.
