Siskiyou Golden Ale is a modified Kolch style beer. The Scottish yeast enhances the complex malt profile. There is just enough hops to bring it into the human threshold for sensing bitterness. Think about summer nights sitting in your backyard. We've already made the perfect beer. Whether, you're trying to convince your neighbor that Star Wars is better than Star Trek, or exchanging gardening tips, this beer will fit right in.

This review is from notes that I took a while back. This would work well if you were out mowing the lawn on a hot day. Not the best example of a koelsch, IMHO. I would not recommend spending money on this beer
