Color is typically light amber, with a thick but not rich head. Aroma is strong and decidedly beery. Taste is hale and somewhat hoppy, but not complex; and the texture is very smooth. Bitterness tends to linger. This is not an outstanding brew, but it is worth a try.

"Pick-A-Six" #3. Beer #6. Snow Cougar. Overall a fairly decent beer. Taste is of weak apple juice. Looks to be unfiltered because there is a lot of stuff floating in it. Very nice white fluffy head but dissipates fairly quick. Aroma is of apples mostly. Just a decent brew. Goes down good and you don't really taste the alcohol. May have again if offered.

This one was not too bad but not too good either. It was a pale yellow color with a corny aroma. The flavor was yeasty and sour. Some citrus going on but this one seems to be poorly made. I think it should just be a malt liquor myself. Oh well. Try again comrades!
