Dark brown, big dense beige head. Big malty aroma of cookies, dark bread, figs, wet grass and white pepper. malty flavour of crackers, chocolate, toffee and grass. Vinous undertones. Long warming aftertaste of melting chocolate, pepper and wet grass.

Bottled. Dark brown/copperish colour, almost opaque, beige bubbly, longlasting head. Huge aroma, cinnamon, coffee, alcocol with coffeeish and flowery hints. Lovely flavour of plums, raisins and fruits. Hints of alcohol, but not at all disturbing. Absolutely wonderfull brew! Thanks omhper!

bottled; thx to Per - hazy dark brown colour with almost no foam; very deep and impressive aroma of nuts, licorice and pineapple with a touch of alcohol; sweet and sour with a medium to full body, oily with a long malty and warming alcohol finish - syrupy, difficult and with analogy with EKU 28, but fortunately much better

Bottle, RBESG 2005, Grand Tasting. Strong aroma of Christmas spices, sweet malts and vegemite. Very SWEET flavour, molasses galore. Far too sweet in my book.
