Pours clear straw yellow with a decent eggshell head. Aroma features sharply tart apple, crisp malt, a funky hint of wood. Flavor gives sharp brandy, crisp malt, woody and slight hoppy notes - it seems more like a tart saison than a Berliner. Texture provides good body and perky, lasting fizz. Play that funky music!
