Honey Girl is our collaboration effort with The Honey Girl Film Project, which is a documentary about Esther Basch. Esther was liberated from Auschwitz by American soldiers after World War 2 finished and her story is too incredible not to be shared. The beer we brewed is an American wheat beer with mesquite honey. Full bodied with a dry finish. Cheers!
