Inspired by the best Christmas movie ever made, we brought you Santa's cookies in the form of an imperial oat ale. We started with Euro Crystal malts, 2 Row, and a gargantuan oat addition. On the cold side we added Madagascar Vanilla and Saigon Cinnamon. We were going for an oatmeal raisin cookie profile and we love the balance of cinnamon and sweet and warmth from the ABV. Made in collaboration with Hair of the Dog tasting room in Gilbert AZ. This beer is a special beer because a portion of the proceeds with go to Almost There Rescue efforts for dogs.
