Additions of Munich malt turn this ale a deep golden colour. A Christmas hamper of biscuit and caramel derived from the caramalt used and a lemongrass and passionfruit citrussiness evolving from the New Zealand hops. Sweet, spicy aroma. Smooth bodied with medium but fresh bitterness.
