A dry Irish-style stout, Muddy Mo' is full-bodied with a wonderful aroma. The chocolate malt topped with Cluster hops combines remarkable creaminess, smooth drinkability and the hearty, robust flavor of a classic Irish stout. Often called the best stout this side of Dublin.

best stout I have had - I love the aftertaste and it was a very smooth drink for being a stout. I am not a huge stout person at this time, but it was my favorite drink out of the sample pack I purchased.

Another nice beer from one of my favorite places back home. Chocolately and roasty with just a touch of malt sweetness. The cluster hop seemed right at home just as I expected in a stout. Very well done.

On draft at the brewpub. Aroma: Roasted/burnt grain. Not hops, as it should be. Apperance: Very dark brown with a everlasting light brown head. Pretty beer. Flavor: Very roasty with some lingering bitterness. Mouthfeel: Pretty thin, but soft as it moves to the back of my mouth. Overall: Not a bad example of the style.

Pretty good stout. It's no Guinness or even Boulevard’s Dry Stout, yet a stout lover will like this. Rich, almost black color to it, the Muddy Mo is very chocolatey and malty and would make a very good dessert beer.
