Voici Diablotin, une délicieuse Blonde Belge à 6%. Notes de la brasserie: Le profil olfactif de ce produit est définitivement belge : fruité et légèrement épicé grâce à la levure et aux houblons employés. En bouche, la bière est initialement assez onctueuse et les esters fruités prennent toute la place. La gorgée finit sur une petite touche phénolique et herbacée. L'amertume finale est plutôt faible et se balance agréablement avec le peu de sucre résiduel.

Very slightly hazed, bright light-yellow colour with beautiful tiny bubble slow carbonation. The head is white, decent lasting with a few lacing spots and a nice coat over the brew. Fruity nose with some fresh pears, lemon zest, mild Belgian yeast and sugars. The pear and some apple are in the taste with some solid bitterness, hoppiness with a dry finish. Hints of spices and sugars are quite well-hidden. A very nice fruity, spicy, hoppy Belgian Blonde.
