Step right up, one and all! Behold this spectacular spectacle of witbier wonder! This ain’t no dog and pony show, no! This ol’ sheep’s bite is as big as it’s ballyhoo. Be transported in mind and spirit to the fields of the Midwest heartland, but leave your slop shoes at home. Grab a fist full of alfalfa, witness the fanfare, embrace the hoarse cries of the ringmaster and…maybe you should offer him a Cirque du Wit to clear that parched throat. This beer is light and refreshing, poised to satisfy the strictest of tongues, whether you’re a windjammer, a grinder or a wide-eyed spectator. Featuring a subtle sweetness with a multitude of wheat flavor, Cirque du Wit has a soothing finish and leaves you pining for an encore or two.

Liquid refreshment from PfoxyJohn. Light golden yellow pour, nice meium white head, slight lacing. Weak wheat and yeasty aromas and flavor, very light, not necessarily watery, just light. Lightly spiced and hopped but plenty refreshing especially on a hot Tennessee day. Thanks John.
