Brew Cocky is an IPA that is brewed with lots and lots of Falconers Flight hops that we use in an over-the-top manner that can only reflect the biggest of personality that is Steve Crider. This beer is a testament to our brewing acumen, if you’re going to brew, brew cocky. How do you come up with a name like Brew Cocky?... Well, Steve is a cocky brewer and after a few beers (how most of his great ideas come to be), his buddy said he should name a beer after something as large as his "I don’t test batch I just brew" ego.

Nice well rounded IIPA...good hop character, very fruity and piney without being overly bitter. Dry, lightly sweet and hoppy. Beautiful pour with a huge head and thick lacing. Biscuit malt helps round off the edges.
