A brown IPA is a true dichotomy; how can you have a brown beer that is considered an India PALE Ale? The answer is: because we wanted to! The aroma is dominated by caramel and toffee but has enough piney hop smell to hint that this isn’t a regular brown ale. The flavor is complex: caramel, biscuit, raison and chocolate play harmoniously with citrus and piney hops.
