Despite the name, this beer is not actually that bitter. But it is extra special. This traditional English bitter features extra crystal (caramel) malts to balance the hop bitterness. Hops only slightly supersede the malt sweetness making this an easy drink beer with a lot of flavor from both hops and malt! Grains: 2-Row, Biscuit, Caramel, Cara-Pils Yeast: English Ale Hops: Willamette, East Kent Goldings
