Bramble - [braym-bul] (n) - is any rough (typically wild berries) tangled into a prickly shrub. The beer NEEDS to make it into your cooler this summer! Created by intentionally souring this Berliner Weisse style ale with Lactobacillus in our kettle and then fermenting it with our house Ale yeast. Infusing this beer with fresh blackberry and raspberry gives it a berry color and puckering finish.

Pours grapefruit-pink with a rose-tinted beige head. Aroma offers tart berry and fresh malt notes. Flavor is more malty, but the tart berry continues to be a strong player. Mouthfeel delivers good body and fizz. Run wild!
