Pours out in a clear mahogny colour with a small bubbly off-white foam. Rich malty aroma of burnt caramel, toasted malts, dark bread, dough, prunes, raisins and black pepper. Nearly full-bodied with malty notes of fudge, raisins, dates, caramel and roasted malts. Solid mouthfeel with low carbonation. Long malty finish of fudge, burnt caramel, roasted malts and dates.

Brownish amber colour with small beige head. Aroma is caramel malts and some alcohol along with toffee. Flavour is bigtime malts, alcohol, raisins and some cookies.
