Can. Colour - Coca-Cola colour, brown edges, light brown head, almost no lacing. Aroma - roasted malt, citrus, weak notes of coffee and dark chocolate. Mouthfeel - medium to full bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - similar to the aroma with definite coffee and roasdted malt notes backed up by a hint of citrus.

Bottle. Colour - clear rust colour, highly effervescent, thin creamy white head, no lacing. Aroma - cereal grains, caramel, earthy hops, light citrus. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - sweet caramel malt and biscuits up front, and a nice spicy hop finish in the end. Not a lot of bitterness as is how it should be with an altbier.

Bottle. Colour - solid black, creamy brown head, excellent lacing. Aroma - roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, and a hint of vanilla. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Maybe on the light side for a porter. Flavour - roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, and some licorice notes.

Draught. Colour - hazed medium gold colour, huge white frothy head, lots of lacing. Aroma - grains, belgian yeast, spices, light fruit. Mouthfeel - full bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - a little bit of tartness in the grain bill, some sweet malt, spices, and a definite Belgian yeast note.

Can. Colour - hazed orange-gold colour with a decent sized frothy white head and very nice lacing. Aroma - cereal malt, weak peachy notes, slight citrus, and yeast. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, nicely carbonated. Flavour - Well balanced, fruit and malt notes in the front and a citrus hop finish. Great beer.

Can. Colour - Coca-cola coloured with a creamy tan coloured head that laces well. Aroma - sweet milk chocolate, roasted malt, molasses, and vanilla. Mouthfeel - almost full bodied, slightly cream,y, and well carbonated. Flavour - milk chocolate and dark coffee up front with hints of vanilla and toffee in the finish.

Can. Colour - a solid brownish-black colour, big creamy brown head, very good lacing. Aroma - roasted malt, dark chocolate, black cherry, nuts. Mouthfeel - full bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - a lot of dark chocolate and coffee with hints of black licorice in the finish. A good beer I would try again.

Bottle. Colour - rich mahogany colour, pretty opaque when held to light, thin rocky cream coloured cap, minimal lacing. Aroma - christmas spices, nutty malt, yeast, dark fruits, and fresh baked bread. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - Sweet and malty to start with but the spices and the bitter hops do come through in the finish,

Bottle. Colour – clear rust colour, white head, good lacing. Aroma – bonfire, bacon, cereal malts, floral hops. Mouthfeel – medium bodied, medium carbonation. Flavour – Unlike any Oktoberfest beer I’ve ever tried. You get the light fruitiness, but it’s accompanied by a burnt hickory flavour. Quite good.

THis is yet another great offering by the Creemore Brewery. Colour - pale gold, clear, white head. Aroma - cereal malt, floral hops. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - biscuity malt, some sweetness, and a hop finish. Overall - I would recommend any Creemore product.

This is possibly the best Amsterdam beer I've had to date . Colour - cloudy light copper, thin tan head. Aroma - caramel, citrus, some weak spices. Mouthfeel - medium. Flavour - starts off sweet, and then the citrusy hops hit you with a bang. Overall - very good.

I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but for some reason it's okay in beer. Colour - brownish black pour, huge frothy brown head. Aroma - chocolate, coffee, dark malt. Mouthfeel - medium to full bodied. Flavour - coffee and a hint of sweet chocolate. Overall - pretty good.

Bottle / Can. Colour - medium gold colour, long lasting bubbly white head, plenty of effervescence. Aroma - cereal grains, herbal hops, weak yeast. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, abover average carbonation. Flavour - nicely balanced between the malt and hops. I can see why it is the prototypical pilsner. Note - this is MUCH better from a can than a bottle. Most of the bottles I've tried have been skunked.

Can. You have to give it to the Great Lakes Brewery, their can designs are pretty awesome. Colour - medium gold, cloudy, huge white head that disappears quickly. Aroma - tropical fruit, citrus, pine, and funky yeast. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, average carbonation, some creaminess. Flavour - pine notes and tropical fruits, some tartness, and yeast. Quite good.

Mouthfeel - medium bodied, decent carbonation. Flavour - papaya and mango fruitiness dominate the palate but there are also hints of cereals and pine. Great beer.

Mouthfeel – Medium bodied, good carbonation. Flavour – sweet fruit notes up front, followed by yeast and a bitter spice finish. Tasted better than it sounds.
