Aroma - banana, spice, yeast, wheat and alcohol. Mouthfeel - medium to full bodied and creamy. Flavour - very sweet, brown sugar and spicy. Overall - excellent. |

Aroma - wheat, banana, and cloves . Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - sweet malt, backed by clove and citrus notes. Overall - excellent, turned out to be a great tune up for the heavier Schneiders yet to come. |

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8 Did a Schneider tasting over the weekend and this was my least favourite, but it was also the last and it was hard to live up to the others. Colour - light golden brown, with a foamy off-white head. Aroma - wheat malt, spice, citrus and yeast. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - nicely balanced by the sweetness of the wheat and the citrusy bitterness. Overall - excellent. |

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9 Nice big bottle of a yeasty belgian beer. Colour - cloudy gold colour with light brown edges, and a light tan rocky cap. Aroma - light fruits, yeast, citrus, and grains. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - tasted like a tripel style with a combination of fruity sweetness, and yeasty bitterness. Overall - another excellent beer in a weekend of excellent beers. |

Overall - decent. |

Aroma - chocolate, coffee, dark malt. Mouthfeel - medium to full bodied. Flavour - coffee and a hint of sweet chocolate. Overall - pretty good. |

Almost had a metallic sense in the mouth Overall - below average. |

Colour - clear rusty red colour, weak off-white head. Aroma - grains, hops, weak fruits, and a hint of rye. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - dry, grainy, with some sweet notes mixed in. Overall - good. |

Colour - dark brown, creamy light brown head. Aroma - chocolate. coffee, citrus. Mouthfeel - medium to full bodied. Flavour - all over the place with the roasted flavours very disstinct from the orange flavour, almost like they separate. Overall - decent. |
