This beer pours a translucent golden orange colour with a huge bubbly cap that acts like a soft drink and is gone within minutes. Not even a film on top. The aroma is tart orange, sour grains, and weak musty hops. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavour is tart orange soda with a hint of alcohol. Drinkable for sure, but not very beer like. -

The beer pours a hazy copper colour, with a 1” creamy tan coloured head and plenty of effervescence. The aroma is caramel malt, citrus fruit, and pine. A throwback to the IPAs of a decade ago. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, and slightly above average carbonation. The flavour is very well balanced between the grains and caramel malt tones and the citrusy bitterness of the hops. I like this beer and wonder how good it would have been less than 7 months old. -

The beer pours a hazed medium gold colour with a generous foamy white head which quickly recedes to thick rocky islands on the top. The aroma is biscuits, cereals, some citrus, some light fruit, and some herbal hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, slightly creamy, with average carbonation. The flavour tilts towards the malt side of things with notes of bread and cereal, but there is a slight bitter note in the finish. -

First off, I want to say that there are too many wild ale/sour ales/goses being made by Ontario brewers. It needs to stop! The beer pours a highly hazed pinkish-gold with a very short lived white head. The aroma is yeast, grass, and tart cranberries. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is primarily on the tart side with some weak grains. While the flavour is tart, it doesn’t scream cranberry to me. -

The beer pours a solid coca-cola colour with a creamy light tan coloured head which lasts a while and leaves some good lacing down the glass. The aroma is peanut forward with grassy malts and coffee in the mix. I don’t get any raspberry whatsoever. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The raspberry does come through in the flavour, but is still very light and lost in the mix of chocolate and peanuts. Finish isn’t very bitter at all. -

The beer pours a murky mahogany colour with a thin creamy tan coloured head which results in nice lacing. The aroma is bready malt, some roasted malts, yeast, and a very faint hint of cinnamon. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is on the sweet side with notes of sugar, caramel, and fresh baked bread. The finish is dry with no hops bitterness. -

The beer poured a hazed metallic gold colour with 1/2 inch white head that lingered for a while. The aroma was citrus, light fruit, yeast, and spices. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was grains, yeast, and hints of citrus and apples. Not a bad beer, but not something I would try again. -

The beer pours a hazed thin yellow with almost no head aside from a few white island here and there. The aroma is yeast, lemons, funk, and grass. You can smell the tartness. The mouthfeel is thin bodied with high carbonation. The flavour is tart citrus, some funk, light grains, and a light bitterness in the finish. -

Part of the 'Old Scottish Ales' 4-pack . The beer pours a transparent light gold colour with almost no head. The aroma is extremely fruity with the gooseberries dominating the aroma. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is earthy, sour malts, and some hoppy bitterness in the finish. -

Part of the 'Old Scottish Ales' 4-pack . The beer poured a clear, hazy medium gold colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grassy malt, some floral notes, and a slight skunky smell. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, medium carbonation. The taste is earthy, malty, with more of a sour finish than a bitter finish.
