A slight haze, golden colour with a big frothy, creamyish white cap, good retention and thick foamy lacing left. The 90% of hops are Simcoe in here, giving a nice blend of citrus aromas with a piney touch, tropical fruits, and even get hints of honey. Enough bitterness for an APA, with lots of citrus zest, grapefruit notes, quite resinous overall. A pretty nice, dry, bitter American Pale ale with the Simcoe shinning.

A slight hazed, amber colour with nice creamy-frothy, light-beige head, very long lasting and leaving full creaminess around the glass. Aromas blending the fruitiness of a red ale, mild caramel, toffee and the grassy hops of an IPA. The mouthfeel is wet, medium-bodied with a drying finish. Fruity malts in the flavours, a little toasty and decent grassiness to conclude. A pretty good collaboration Red IPA that is easy to drink.

375ml brown bottle. pouring a very slight hazed, golden-amber colour with a white head, leaving nice full-creamy lacing and top up the brew for the whole experience. The aromas are quite rich, sweet and fruity. The Bourbon is quite strong in here, with some banana notes, hints of dark fruits, maple and spices. The taste is a little better blended with the base of the original Tripel, some fruitiness, spices and sugars. A tad vanilla, oak, alcohol and caramel. Not a bad barrel-aged version of their Thomas (if you are into Bourbon), and nice to try... but I will stick to the original version.

Lightly unfiltered with very tiny particles floating around. A white frothy head, good retention and thick foamy lacing left. Straw malt base, cereal notes with some citrusy hops. Grassiness with caramel in the background. The taste shows grassy bitterness, but cut short with caramel malt lingering. A good standard American IPA that is well-balanced.

Lightly hazy, golden-orange colour with white cap, decent stay for the style and some soapy lacing spots. left. Bold orange aromas with nice sourness, hints of saltiness and the tangerine blending in later. The fruits are milder in the taste with a tad tart. The sour and salty notes are well-balanced in the flavours, making this another pretty good, fruity Gose from this brewer.

Lightly hazy, bright golden colour with a big frothy white head, very long retention and thick, fluffy-creamy lacing left. Getting some smoky malts in the aromas with the herbal blending with it. Hints of mintiness, also continuing in the flavours. Fresh, grassy tasting with a crisp mouthfeel. A good looking Pilsner with some nice hoppy-herbal notes.

Lightly hazed, golden colour with a white frothy cap, decent stay and some lacing spot and a thick soapy ring. Started off with nice aromas of hops, some citrus notes, but eventually - a medicinal, soapy scent comes out. Not crazy offensive, but not pleasant as well. Some apples come blend this a bit. A touch better in the taste with mild citrus zest, but some light tarty-wax is present. A little off all-around. Alright for those looking for a cheaper regular IPA that has a little NE-style in it, but much better out there for the price.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with a bubbly off-white head, dissipating rather quickly and leaving not much lacing. Citrus aromas with the pineapple notes, herbal hints. The taste shows citrus zest, mild bitterness with this, decent juiciness, sweetness from the pineapples. Some zesty, lightly spiciness in the mouthfeel. A good NEIPA with a pineapple touch, and good zestiness.

Can that pours a fairly clean, bright golden colour with a frothy white head, good stay and leaving thick, foamy lacing. Cereal grain aromas with some decent herbal hops that come out eventually, and hints of mineral water. The taste shows the nice blending hops and malts that a Pale Ale should have. A decent English Pale Ale that has the malts, and milder hops, but still nicely balanced all-around.

Wow, lots going on in this one - description is longest I have seen on these 750ml bottles with wax top. Roasted malt aromas with an alcoholic nose, chocolate, nuttiness (coconut), red wine notes and hints of molasses. Smooth, oily mouthfeel with a touch of drying. Grape, vinous flavours with coffee, molasses, roasted barley, decent bitterness, a tad woodiness, vanilla-oak. Quite a nice balance of Imperial Stout and Barleywine, with the Bourbon being well-blended, and many other barrel and mild vanilla.
