One of the best beers I've had, ever. Pop the cap, and aromas of raisins and lavender rise from the bottle. Oh the fruity aroma!! Pours a darkish yellow, somewhat murky. Starts sweet, finishes sweeter. Very, very smooth, silky mouthfeel. This is a very complicated beer. I can't place all the flavors and aromas I sense, but they are most pleasing.

This one pours an almost opaque ruby-black, with a moderately sized cookie-brown head. Definite toasted malt aroma, with a little cookie sweetness mixed in. Tastes wonderful, has a nice silky mouthfeel. Start a little bitter-sweet, and finished a mite sweeter. I loved it.

This beer pours a dark golden-brown, with an absolutely huge light brown head. I smell mostly malt, with some hops - some earthy aromas, and a touch of toastiness. Palate is tickled by the abundant carbonation. Taste is a little sweet, a little toasty, and quite malty. I quite enjoyed it.

Nothing special here - beer looks a very murky reddish-brown. Pours a rather large head that quickly diminishes leaving little tracings. The only thing that sticks in my mind is a very pronounced musty aroma - I smelled it when I stuck my nose in the glass, and I smelled it when I drank it. It definitely is not very pleasing to the senses. Body is medium, and a little fizzy. It has a slight alcoholic mouthfeel, too.

Wow, this one surprised me. I was expecting a mild toasty experience, but I got a thick, black, burnt stout. Opaque, light brown head. I wouldn't say it's so thick you could eat it with a spoon, but it has an okay mouthfeel. Definitely burnt though, not just toasted. First initial impression was bitter hops, and could definitely taste the barley in it, but the finish was a little sweeter, and a bit alcoholic. Overall, for the price, it's a very nice, above average beer.
