Draft.. Poured a orangish brown color with a medium white head. Aroma was very piney with a good sweet malty addition. Flavor was very piney and resinous without the heavy hop bitterness and just enough malty sweetness to make it a very balanced IPA.. Probably one of the best IPA’s I have ever had.

Poured an amber color with a frothy small head. Aroma is strong yeast with a nice malt addition. this one is a smooth drink!! has the yeast flavor with a malty taste to begin with but has a nice alcohol finish. I would have to say this is my favorite of the chimay offerings. Thick creamy mouthfeel with a great taste.

Poured a dark redish brown color with a medium head. Sweet malty aroma with the alcohol present in the aroma. This one knocked me off my feet with the flavor of sweet malt and alcohol but the alcohol was not overpowering. Very Full mouthfeel with medium carbonation. My first scotch ale and I Like it!! I will definitely be trying more examples of this style.

draft.. Poured a hazy orange color with a large white head. Aroma was heavy on hops with a nice sweet addition. The flavor on this was hop overload in a good way!! sticky resinous hoppy that slapped you in the face at the first drink and kept giving upper cuts throughout. there was a good amount of sweetness in this beer but it was no match for the amount of hoppiness. Medium mouthfeel with good carbonation and I could not detect an alcohol flavor at all but after 3 glasses of this I definitely knew it was there. Its been two days since I drank this and I can still taste the hops.

Poured a beautiful brownish red with a monster head that lasted throughout. Aroma was Belgian yeast with some maltiness and a bit of hops. Taste is sweet malty heaven with a bit of fruitiness and a mild yeast aftertaste. Full bodied mouthfeel. Was already wishing I had more before I was finished.
