Pours golden with a creamy head. ALL spice on the nose! There was a hint of lemon aroma right before I started drinking it. The actual taste wasn't as full of spice as I was expecting it to be. It was quite different than what I was expecting.

It poured bronze-ish in color. You could smell the spice. The nose actually reminded me of a riesling. I could taste cinnamon and fruit and the spruce all in one sip. It wasn't almost bubbly in the mouth. Just refreshing and wonderful. I can't believe my husband didn't leave me more to drink!

Poured a oily black with a perfect head of chocolate! There was lots of lacing as the head subsided. It smelled like a chocolate lovers heaven! It tasted malty and sweet and absolutly wonderful! It was bitter yet chocolate, as if biting into a good 76% piece of chocolate.

It seemed to pour a lemon color with a light small head. It's smelled very citrus and malty. I couldn't bring myself to finish this beer. It was very bitter and lemony. It was as if someone took a flat unsweetened lemonade and infused it with alcohol. It wasn't really my thing, but it was my first time trying a beer like this, so who am I to really judge?

This beer is very light and drinkable. It pours a light lemon/amber color. I didn't get any spices or anything that said "winter" about this particular beer. A bit of a disappointment, but that's behind me now and I can move on!
