Page Expired, and No Longer Logged In?

Website Comments by KENDO_SURF

Is this a security measure? This has happened a few times; I usually just get annoyed and don't bother trying to do it over. What is the time limit; maybe I can watch the clock while I'm typing?

There is no time limit for the auto login cookies, but it will force you to log back in to all of your devices if you were logged into multiple devices and log out of one of them.

I don't have multiple devices to be logged into - must be a technical issue on this end? Thanks anyways.  :)

@Kendo_Surf Writing on here, as site is not letting me write where I want to start a new topic. Getting really frustrated !! Loosing bunch of stuff I am writing. These last few nights, been trying to rate a second beer and the N/A button is yellow, not letting me. Why does it give me a choice to start a new topic, then a tiny box let's me write two words, and I cannot see what I wrote before to make sure I am track.

@Chopz Yeah, tried the write a new topic, and keeps on saying you need to write more words. I wrote a huge bunch of paragraphs earlier, and lost everything, so not happy about that. Tried it again, without putting too much love into it, says the same - getting pretty pissed !

@Chopz The review button turns a yellow N/A when you're "Drinking" a beer. I understand that's pretty annoying, but I spent hours trying to get the code to let you review the beer you're drinking and the beer on the page you're viewing, and couldn't figure it out. That's why I had to block that button. The easiest way to get around that is to mark the beer you're drinking as "finished"

Hey Flashpro, I think we gotta ask you to take the grenade on this one. Somewhere in all the html, can you find a f_ckup that is well-hidden but causing problems? You da man !!!

Is the problem just when writing a new topic? or when replying to one as well? I'm stumped and not sure why it would say you need to write more words. I think that only happens when the body of the form has less than 5 characters or so.

The forms use CKEditor, which is one of the biggest browser text editors there is.
