WTF is going on here? The search function does not work, and I can't find any logical way to rate / review beers.

Sorry you're having trouble. When you click on the Search button at the top fo the page, does an input box appear, and then when you start typing it shows a list of matching results?
Once you're on a beer profile page, there should be a button with a star in it that you use to review it. A window should pop up.
The search function does not work properly, and is very slow. I can write the full and exact name of the beer, and it does not show up. My best chance is to write the brewery name only, and then scroll for the beer. No wonder we are no more than 3-4 people who use this website on a regular basis.
