Once again Sierra produces their Oktoberfest, this years collaboration with Bitburger and this time it is a Winner, unlike last years wiener... Copper colored, VERY "Bit" like, way different from Munich style Oktoberfest-a seriously good 6% "sessio" bier! Oddly enough I firs tried it in San Antonio...as locally unavailable do to a surplus of the unremarkable Sierra Summerpest...and still as of August 6th, not available in Reno, nor in Most of north state Kalifornia, go figure. Luckily I found 2 12 packs stashed behind an infestation of Summerpest at Hellday market in Alturas. Do yourselves a favor and seek this brew out, please!

I'm also testing a version on Amazon Web Services. Amazon ECS is "Virtual servers in the cloud" that charge by the hour. It's insanely easy to create, shut down, and upgrade services. I actually had a running version of this site on a virtual server in less than an hour, and it's free! The free version only gives you 1 GB RAM, but you can change that in a matter of minutes at any time. I'm impressed so far.
