Ballast Point takes the money

Industry News by HEEMER77

http://www.mensjournal.com/food-drink/drinks/can-you-blame-them-ballast-point-sells-out-for-1-billion-20151116 I want to be positive but, I am not seeing the price of any of the macro owned "craft" brewers decrease which was touted as a benefit. I also think it takes shelf space away from the true micros.

As long as the recipe stays the same, I'm okay with it.

Probably will be tweaked as they will scale. Stinks for us. But who can blame those guys? Good on them.

I keep seeing/hearing how Anheuser-Busch-InBev's purchase of Goose Island left Goose Island alone, yet here in Canada I can buy Goose Island Goose IPA in bottles and cans...except the beer is brewed in Montreal by Labatt's (purchased by Anheuser-Busch a lifetime ago) and the bottles come with twist off caps, I could be wrong....but I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm not getting the same products as Americans.
