For what it's worth, I just noticed that an empty sixer of Adirondack Bear Naked Ale is labeled Natural/Unpasteurized...presumably as a selling point? [8)][8)]

No. One of the more notable examples of unpasteurized bottled beer is Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. In fact, SN bottle conditions all of their beer.

One of my favorites is from SN! [:)] http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/140/76816/ I once worked for a cleaning contractor in Miller Brewing of Fulton NY. It's long gone, but since they put some of their beer in clear glass I assume it's pasteurized.

just cause its not pasturized doesn't make it great. Brewery in Weed where I worked had PERFECT water, unfiltered, not pasturized, was just bloody awful swill.

An occasional indulgence = NEWKIE BROWN !!! [:p] Got a 12pk today @ Wally...in this cheap beer zone...but it's STILL tooo much moola for a 12'er at $14.28 bt&d! [:0] And in clear glass? Pasteurized, right? A reviewer put it well. Newcastle Brown is fine, but soon becomes cloying. Like a double chocolate cheesecake. Unless one has a chocolate obsession, they'll enjoy said cheesecake...and then NO MORE until NEXT year! [;)]
