Unable to load my profile pictures

Hello, I have tried numerous times to upload a picture for my profile but the three different pictures will not upload. After I click on Upload it opens another window with a small picture icon in the upper left corner and nothing else happens. The last picture I tried to upload was 45 KB in storage, below the maximum 500 KB allowable. Thanks in advance for your help!

It doesnt load for google chrome. Try internet explorer.
