A little different than the white whale thing... Disregarding price/availability, etc...what is the ONE beer you'd like to be able to try more than any other? For me? Bells Black Note. The frustrating part is it's "available" but for far more than I'll ever spend. But in my dreamworld, I have it on tap while watching the 3rd installment of Batman [:D]

I was thinking more of something you've never had the chance to try, but SO agree with pretty much everything you said! [:D] I can't imagine New Glarus, or Founders, or Cigar City, Stone, deschutes, etc...being your neighborhood watering hole.
