We hosted a seven course dinner on January 6 to celebrate the first year of communal brewing in the Bar(n), and to give a workout to our newly remodeled kitchen. How does the carbonation figure and the warmth when using beer in a vinaigrette. I am also interested in the success of the salmon marinade. Was the salmon marinated in just the beer or was there more to it?
