I could not have imagined a more spectacular evening. Good food, great beer and wonderful friends! It has been an outstanding year of brewing and "research". Thanks again, pfoxyjohn!

How does the carbonation figure and the warmth when using beer in a vinaigrette. I am also interested in the success of the salmon marinade. Was the salmon marinated in just the beer or was there more to it?
