Anger isn't something that comes to me very easily...unless someone threatens my kids...I almost decked a guy on a class trip to downtown Los Angeles because he made a rude comment to one of my female students.

Determine the root cause, not merely the symptom, of the anger and eliminate it.

I did that when I was younger; damn tequila... it was expensive, so I just drink when I'm in a good mood now.
