Fake IDs work, but if you get caught, it is no big deal, Except for the poor bastard that sold you the booze, he or she gets bite pretty hard, remember that. "Evil" uncles are great, and an of age cuzin is another good bet. If you are in college or planning to do so, get into an exchange program, and get the hell outta the USA where there ain't no ten commandments, and a man can raise a thirst (as Kipling would say). You pay the same fees as at the home university, and you will have a great experiance offshore. Then, there is the off chance of tossing out this dumbass legislation passed when the Woodpecker and the Poodle ran the nation (aka the pesidents reagan). Georgia just got rid of the 6% law, and the kegs are pouring full strengh, and the Battle Flag waves in the humid air over full strength brews! North Carolina, it is your turn next for full proof brew!!!

In Reply To #2 I turned 21 in Brussels. It's a tad anti-climactic to hit that milestone on a continent that, for drinking purposes, couldn't care less. Cottrell, I hope your upcoming 21st birthday in December is more of a cause celebre. You have, in my opinion, done a great deal to make BeerPal the most interesting beer site on the Internet. It would be great if we could toast your birthday here in the forum or in the chat room. Would you be up for that?

In Reply To #4 Thanks for the thoughts, but chances are, I'll be too belligerent to type on my 21st, haha! As Brett said, I'll be at a pub, just not sure which one yet. I may head to Anam Cara, Main St. Cafe, The Moan and Dove or RedBones. Right now I'm leaning towards getting a hotel in Mass, and attempt every beer on Anam Cara's tap list. I'll probably die in the process, but it'll be a helluva ride! Feel free to hoist a pint to me that night though.
