Our craft beers will bring to life the true stories of early Australian convicts and settlers, beginning with traditional, great tasting ales - just like your grandfathers’ grandfather drank. Rocks brewing beers will amaze all beer lovers with their complex and sophisticated flavors whilst staying true to our simplistic brewing process - “Nothing but Barley, Hops,Water & Yeast.” Our first batch of Byrne’s Red Ale was brewed and kegged in early September 2008. We're slowly rolling our 3 main beers which will be accompanied over time by some unique seasonal beers. Rocks beers are currently only available on tap in selected pubs around Sydney. Keep an eye out in early 2009 for packaged products as well as on tap in all good drinking establishments….. and some of the average places too!
