“The Byrnes Red Ale is made in the style of an Irish Red Ale. Drawing on Australian Malt and Hops and using traditional Ale brewing techniques, this is a world class Red Ale which tips its hat to The Rocks Irish heritage”. This beer is made as a ‘one schooner after work’ or enjoyed with your mates as an evening session beer. Served Pub cold at less than 4 degrees, the Ale is clean, tasty and easy drinking. Left to warm to between 4 and 10 degrees the beer’s real flavour and aromas develop. A terrific accompaniment for a steak or other good pub meal. Delivered between 10 and 12 degrees, via a Beer Engine, this Ale will make you strip-off and dive head first into pint after pint of true Red Ale. AROMA Light malt with toffee and coffee notes. FLAVOUR A balance of malt flavour and sweetness from Crystal Malt. The bitterness is balanced by the beers tight body to make for a devilishly easy to drink Red Ale. COLOUR & APPEARANCE Deep Jarrah Red hue
