Marked out of business until opened ***** Ploughshare Brewing Company (PBC) is currently siting a 15-barrel microbrewery in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. The brewery will produce delicious and characterful lagers and ales for distribution in Lincoln, Omaha, and outlying communities. We are working towards an April 2013 opening. Visitors will be able to see the brewery in operation and receive an educational tour at scheduled times. At the adjacent taproom, one can sample the various brands, identify favorites according to individual tastes, and purchase pints on-site or growlers to go. Our food menu will include locally-produced cheeses, meats, bread, and produce. Watch Us Grow! Be certain to stop by this website often and watch us grow from a good idea to a budding brewery to a glass of cool, malty goodness. We'll try to keep the weeds down and the bad weather to a minimum.
